The Royal Family - Love Light (notes)

The Royal Family - Love Light

We Are Living at

  • The most strategic time in the history of the church.
  • Let’s not miss all that God wants us to experience at this time.

Light

  • Is powerful
  • Keeps life going
  • Is what surrounds God.
  • Is what God is covered with.
  • Demonstrates that we are in the love of God.

I John 2:8

8 Again I write to you a new commandment, that is true both in Him and in you; for darknesses be passed, and very light shineth now [and very light now shineth]. 9 He that saith, that he is in light, and hateth his brother, is in darknesses yet [is in darkness till to yet]. 10 He that loveth his brother, dwelleth in light, and cause of stumbling is not in him [and offense is not in him].

(Wycliffe New Testament)

The Key

  • To walking in the light (of God) is loving each other. When ever we allow bitterness and hatred to enter our hearts we live in the dark.
  • To living a life of victory over darkness & evil is to live a life full of the love of God.

Victory Over Evil

Is not based on people who are talented, gifted, strong or impressive but for a church who walks in love with each other and who cares for the lost.

I John 4:7

  • 7 My dear friends, we must love each other. Love comes from God, and when we love each other, it shows that we have been given new life. We are now God's children, and we know Him.
  • John says the source of love is God Himself and when we love each other it shows that we are connected to the life of God.

I John 4:8-9

  • 8 God is love, and anyone who doesn't love others has never known Him. 9 God showed His love for us when He sent His only Son into the world to give us life.
  • The way we know that we know God is by loving others. The picture of God’s love is seen in the death of Jesus Christ.

I John 4:10-11

  • 10 Real love isn't our love for God, but His love for us. God sent His Son to be the sacrifice by which our sins are forgiven. 11 Dear friends, since God loved us this much, we must love each other.
  • The love God has for us is real love, our love for Him is secondary. This is manifested by the sacrifice of Jesus which bought our redemption. By this great love example we are to love each other. This is how we stay in the light.

I John 4:12-13

  • 12 No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and His love is truly in our hearts.
  • The way we show that we have seen God is by the way we love each other.
  • 13 God has given us His Spirit. That is how we know that we are one with Him, just as He is one with us.
  • Being one with God is our goal and our purpose.

I John 4:14-16

14 God sent His Son to be the Savior of the world. We saw His Son and are now telling others about Him.15 God stays one with everyone who openly says that Jesus is the Son of God. That's how we stay one with God 16 and are sure that God loves us. The right Revelation of Jesus gives us the assurance that God loves us.

I John 4:16-17

  • The right Revelation of Jesus gives us the assurance that God loves us.
  • 16 and are sure that God loves us. God is love. If we keep on loving others, we will stay one in our hearts with God, and He will stay one with us.
  • God is love and as we keep loving others we are united with God and His light will increase in us.
  • 17 If we truly love others and live as Christ did in this world, we won't be worried about the Day of Judgment.

I John 4:18-21

  • As we love others we live as Christ did when He was here and the judgment will not affect us.
  • 18 A real love for others will chase those worries away. The thought of being punished is what makes us afraid. It shows that we have not really learned to love.19 We love because God loved us first. 20 But if we say we love God and don't love each other, we are liars. We cannot see God. So how can we love God, if we don't love the people we can see? 21 The commandment that God has given us is: "Love God and love each other!"

Love is demonstrated by actions not by words.

  • Let our actions speak for themselves.
  • Let the world see our good works and glorify our Father in Heaven.

The Royal Family - The Day of God’s Light (notes)

The Royal Family - The Day of God’s Light

We Are Living

  • The most strategic time in the history of the church.
  • Let’s not miss all that God wants us to experience at this time.

Light

  • Is Powerful, light keeps life going.
  • Surrounds God.
  • Is what God is covered with.

Ezekiel 1:22-24

  • Explains a powerful vision of some creatures
  • Over the heads of the living creatures was something like a dome, shimmering like a sky full of cut glass, vaulted over their heads. Under the dome one set of wings was extended toward the others, with another set of wings covering their bodies. When they moved I heard their wings--it was like a roar of a great waterfall, like the voice of The Strong God, like the noise of a battlefield. When they stopped, they folded their wings.

Ezekiel 1:25-28

And then, as they stood with folded wings, there was a voice from above the dome over their heads. Above the dome there was something that looked like a throne, sky-blue like a sapphire, with a humanlike figure towering above the throne. From what I could see, from the waist up He looked like burnished bronze and from the waist down like a blazing fire. Brightness everywhere! The way a rainbow springs out of the sky on a rainy day that's what it was like. It turned out to be the Glory of God! When I saw all this, I fell to my knees, my face to the ground. Then I heard a voice.

The Lord

  • Has so much He desires to reveal to us today but we have to be looking, searching, seeking, and meditating on the Word of God.
  • Revelation comes to those who are thirsty for God. When I am thirsty for God I will be given an open door in the heavens and see amazing things.
  • Ezekiel saw this creature and a throne on top of it and God was covered with fire.
  • God desires to cover us with the light of Heaven everyday as we walk with Him.

The Lord Will

  • Burn off all the impurities of the planet some day. 2 Peter 3:10-12 (The Message)
  • But when the Day of God's Judgment does come, it will be unannounced, like a thief. The sky will collapse with a thunderous bang, everything disintegrating in a huge conflagration, earth and all its works exposed to the scrutiny of Judgment.

2 Peter 3:11-13

Since everything here today might well be gone tomorrow, do you see how essential it is to live a holy life? Daily expect the Day of God, eager for its arrival. The galaxies will burn up and the elements melt down that day but we'll hardly notice. We'll be looking the other way, ready for the promised new heavens and the promised new earth, all landscaped with righteousness.

Principles

  • When man was created, he was created in God’s likeness and clothed in the Glory of Heaven.
  • When man fell he realized his clothing was gone and his nakedness exposed.
  • When Moses saw the burning bush and heard the voice of God the glory of God was there.
  • Israel saw the glory of God when the glory of God stood between them and the Egyptian army.
  • Moses saw the glory on mount Sinai.

Exodus 40:34-38

34-35 The Cloud covered the Tent of Meeting, and the Glory of God filled The Dwelling. Moses couldn't enter the Tent of Meeting because the Cloud was upon it, and the Glory of God filled The Dwelling. 36-38 Whenever the Cloud lifted from The Dwelling, the People of Israel set out on their travels, but if the Cloud did not lift, they wouldn't set out until it did lift. The Cloud of God was over The Dwelling during the day and the fire was in it at night, visible to all the Israelites in all their travels.

On The Day of Pentecost

  • God restored His glory to people individually. Acts 2:2-4
  • The Glory of God fell upon the believers who were in the upon room in Jerusalem. The miracles, the harvest, cities being turned upside down and the church spreading all over the empire tells us the purpose of the outpouring of God’s glory.
  • What do we expect today? Nothing less than what other generations have experienced. God is pouring out His glory upon the world today.

How Do We Tap Into The Glory of God?

  1. Faith in what God says in His Word.
  2. Speaking that Word with confidence.
  3. Bold confidence in what we speak when we know God has given us that word to tap into His power.

The Royal Family - Expansion of the Kingdom (notes)

The Royal Family - Expansion of the Kingdom

We Are Living During the most strategic time in the history of the church. Let’s not miss all that God wants us to experience at this time. The Kingdom of God is expanding everywhere. Let’s stop living in the past failures or successes and embrace our destiny as the Royal Family of God.

We Have A Purpose

  • It is our time to move into what God has for us.
  • It is our Kairos moment, when time and destiny meet.
  • God is moving on the hearts of people in amazing ways.

God Is Shaking Things

For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land; 7And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts. 8The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts. 9The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.

Haggai 2:6 (KJV)

As God Shakes Things

  • In the world, things in the church will become more glorious. The greatest manifestation of God’s glory will be seen in the church.
  • God will pour out His Spirit upon the people of God.
  • · Supernatural provision of resources to expand the Kingdom of God will be put in our hands.

I John 1:1-3

1 The Word that gives life was from the beginning, and this is the One our message is about. Our ears have heard, our own eyes have seen, and our hands touched this Word. 2 The One who gives life appeared! We saw it happen, and we are witnesses to what we have seen. Now we are telling you about this eternal life that was with the Father and appeared to us. 3 We are telling you what we have seen and heard, so that you may share in this life with us. And we share in it with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.

(CEV)

John

  • Was the disciple that Jesus loved.
  • Was one of the most brilliant thinkers in the early church.
  • Wrote that the word gives spiritual life to people.
  • Wrote that in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God.
  • Wrote that the word that gives life was from the beginning.

In The Garden of Eden

  • God placed the tree of life. In the New Jerusalem you find the tree of life.
  • Note that the tree of life is next to the river of life in the city of God.
  • In Psalm 1 God talks about the blessed man whose delight is in the law of the Lord, He meditates on it day & night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season whatever he does shall prosper.

I John

Every time we look into His Word our:

  1. Ears (prophetic insight)
  2. Eyes (revelation knowledge)
  3. Hands (faith)

It is like we are actually with Jesus as John was with Jesus. This is why Jesus said, wherever two or three are gathered in My Name I am there.

Principles

  • We are gathered together in His Name.
  • His living, penetrating word is here and it will go deep into our being, our life, our heart, our mind, to the very core of our life.
  • Every time I sit under the ministry of the Word, it sets me free from any bondage, oppression, and every blind spot in my life.

Principle

  • The Word is the most important part of our lives. We are born again by the Word.
  • I Peter 1:23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the Word of God which lives and abides forever.

The Blood of Jesus

  • Is God’s number 1 priority. This our greatest weapon along with the Word to fight evil in the world.
  • As we get closer to the end of this age we are going to allow the Word of God to increase so the Kingdom of God can expand in this world.

The Royal Family - Live Like Kings (notes)

The Royal Family - Live Like Kings

God Is

  • Jehovah Jireh, our provider.
  • Genesis 22:14 And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah Jireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen.
  • Our Heavenly Father. He loves us and will meet every single need in my life.
  • Philippians 4:19But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Anywhere We Go We will find the spirit of poverty. People die of hunger everyday in the world. People go hungry everyday in America. It does not matter how rich people are, poverty is destroying lives somewhere.

Poverty Is

  • A spiritual stronghold in various parts of our community. There are characteristics of this. It keeps people in bondage to lack, misery, starvation, and early death.
  • A spiritual force that satan uses to oppress people all over the world.

The Most Blessed

  • People on earth should be the people of God.
  • We are part of the royal family of Heaven and in Heaven there is no lack, no shortage, no want.
  • God will withhold no good thing from us.

Matthew 6:33-34

33 But seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. (KJV)
34 "Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes. (The Message)

We Are Rich

Beyond measure, we have an unlimited supply in the Kingdom of Heaven. Heaven can be part of our daily lives. Jesus said, when we pray, we pray for God’s daily provision of bread.

Matthew 6:11

What Is The Spirit Of Poverty?

  1. Settling for less than what God has for us.
  2. Hoarding.
  3. Being stingy.
  4. Being a poor steward.

How Do I Break The Spirit of Poverty?

  1. I take all that God has promised.
  2. I become a channel of blessing to others.
  3. I give to God extravagantly.
  4. I am a good steward of what God has given.

Principles

  • It is God’s will for us to prosper.
3 John1:2
  • We are joint heirs with Jesus.
Romans 8:17
  • We will serve God forever.
Revelation 22:3
  • We have been given authority over the spirit world that controls the physical world.
Matthew 16:18-20
  • · But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.

Matthew 6:20

We Do Not Have To

  • Allow evil to continue to have its way in this area, we have the power to stop it.
  • We are part of God’s Royal family and we have power over the forces of evil to stop them in their tracks. As members of the family of God we can stop the spirit of poverty from destroying people’s lives.
  • Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil and poverty is a work of the devil.
