The Royal Family - When God Throws a Party (notes)

The Royal Family - When God Throws a Party

The Great Banquet

  • Is mentioned in Matthew 22 by Jesus.
  • The King is God, the Son is Jesus.
  • His servants are the prophets of the Jews.
  • The invited guests are the nation of Israel.
  • Bringing everyone in the streets are the Gentiles.
  • The person without wedding garments is the person who was not covered by the blood of Jesus.

Jesus

  • Mentions wedding feasts because of the marriage supper of the Lamb.
  • This will take place while the tribulation is taking place on the earth.
  • It will be a seven year feast of celebration for the people of God with Jesus.

The Lord is throwing a party or a wedding reception for His Bride. This is revival. We are all invited to attend.

Revival Application

  1. The King is Jesus
  2. The wedding feast is revival
  3. His Son is the church
  4. His servants are the leaders of the church.
  5. The guests are the believers who are hungry for God.
  6. All the trimmings are the things God does during an outpouring, miracles, visions, dreams, the teachings and the prophetic words.
  7. Going and inviting uninvited guests are the unbelievers.
  8. The person without a wedding garment is the person who does not press into the presence of God during a move of God.
  9. Man who are called shows that in a move of God everyone is called but not everyone answers the call. The chosen are those whom are called and respond to the presence of God.

We can attend God’s party but be left out in the cold dark night if we don’t allow God to touch us.

What God Does In A Revival:

  1. People are healed from hurts.
  2. Geographic Strongholds are broken.
  3. Communities are transformed.
